Have you heard the good news? From Monday 1 June NSW pubs, bars and clubs can reopen for dine-in business! For Wollongong that means a gradual return to our small bars, local pubs and nightclubs.

For those who don’t live local and aren’t in the know-how, Wollongong has one of the best nightlife scenes in Australia. With a growing selection of local pubs, live-music venues, trendy bars and to-die-for restaurants, Wollongong holds its own against Sydney or Melbourne.

To help you make the most of your next night out, we’ve put together a list of our favourite Wollongong CBD pubs, bars and clubs who are getting ready to serve your drink of choice starting next week.

Whether you’re after a locally made craft beer poured on tap, a taste of some of the finest whiskey available or a specially made cocktail to share with friends, these Wollongong businesses have got your back!

Keep in mind that as NSW businesses reopen, your next visit to Wollongong might look a little different to normal. There are limits on the number of dine-in guests that pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants can serve at any one time, so we suggest that you call ahead to book a table.

Have fun but remember to drink responsibly!

We’re updating this list as new information becomes available. Get in touch at CityCentre@wollongong.nsw.gov.au  if you have relevant news.
